These terms and conditions apply to services provided by Get It Together.

By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Quotes & Pricing

​

Quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the customer. If the job differs significantly from what was described (for example additional items, unexpected complications or missing parts), the final price may be adjusted accordingly.

Where possible, customers are encouraged to provide photos and accurate details when requesting a quote.

 

Booking & Scheduling

​

Appointments are arranged based on availability. While every effort is made to arrive at the scheduled time, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, previous jobs running longer than expected, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers will be notified if there are significant delays.

 

Customer Responsibilities

​

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Adequate space is available to complete the installation

  • All items and parts are present before the appointment

  • Access to the property is available at the scheduled time

If essential parts are missing or the working area is not suitable, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

 

Wall Mounting & Installations

​

All installations are carried out using appropriate fixings for the wall type wherever possible. However, customers are responsible for confirming that walls and surfaces are suitable for installation.

Where hidden pipes, cables or structural issues exist, Get It Together cannot accept responsibility for damage caused where such hazards were not reasonably detectable.

 

Liability

​

Get It Together carries public liability insurance for customer protection.

While every effort is made to complete work carefully and professionally, liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.

 

Cancellations

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

Last-minute cancellations may result in a call-out charge where travel has already been undertaken.

 

Payment

​

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed prior to the appointment.
