The following terms and conditions govern all use of our services and the business relationship between you (the client) and Get It Together. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms, which ensure a clear understanding and smooth operation of service delivery.

2. Services Provided

Get It Together offers the following services:

TV Mounting: Installation of televisions on various types of walls.

Cable Management: Installation and/or addition and configuration of electrical sockets, followed by wall replastering and painting to conceal cables.

General Mounting: Mounting of various items on walls as requested by clients.

Flat Pack Assembly: Assembly of flat-pack furniture according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Disassembly: Careful disassembly of furniture and installations, ensuring items are properly dismantled for relocation, storage, or disposal.

Services are provided according to industry standards and regulations to ensure safety and quality. Specific service details and limitations are communicated to clients prior to the commencement of work.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Booking: Clients can book services with Get It Together through our official website, phone, WhatsApp, text message or email. Availability may vary, and bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Clients are encouraged to book in advance to secure their desired service date and time.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a booked service, they are required to notify Get It Together at least 24 hours in advance. If cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, Get It Together reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. This fee compensates for the allocated time that may not be replaceable on short notice.

Clients are advised to provide accurate and timely information to avoid any disruptions to service scheduling.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Prices for services offered by Get It Together are quoted individually for each job, taking into account factors such as the size of the project and the location. This personalized approach ensures that clients receive accurate pricing tailored to their specific needs.

Payment Methods: Get It Together accepts payments via cryptocurrency, bank transfer, or cash. Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Late Payments: Invoices are due upon receipt. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, please contact us to discuss any issues or to arrange for an extension. We understand that circumstances can arise and I am here to work with you. Get It Together reserves the right to charge a 'late payment fee' in addition to the original invoice.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to ensure that the work area is accessible and free from any obstacles that could hinder the execution of services. This includes, but is not limited to, clearing the space where installation or assembly is to occur.

Clients should provide all necessary information regarding the installation or assembly requirements at the time of booking, as requested by me.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all provided information is accurate and complete.

6. Service Completion

Service completion is achieved when the work outlined in the quote negotiated by Get It Together has been performed to the standards of Get It Together. Clients will be asked to inspect and approve the completed work at the time of service completion.

In the event that a client is not satisfied with the completed service, Get It Together will address any issues within a reasonable timeframe, provided that the concerns are communicated within 48 hours of service completion. It is our goal to ensure that all services meet our high standards and client expectations.

Get It Together is not responsible for repairing any faults that arise due to manufacturing defects in materials or products provided by the client.

7. Liability for Uncompleted Service

Payment is due for services rendered even if the completion of the service is not possible due to manufacturing defects or errors beyond the control of Get It Together. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the products supplied for assembly or installation are free from defects and suitable for the intended use.

It is advised that the client contact the seller or manufacturer of the product to receive replacement and recompense for the service provided and for any future service required due to product issues. Get It Together will provide an official invoice for services rendered as requested to facilitate this process.

8. Liability and Insurance

Liability: Get It Together limits its liability to the services performed directly under the terms of the service agreement. We are not liable for any indirect damages or losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or other consequential damages, that may arise from the services provided.

Insurance: Get It Together maintains insurance coverage that complies with industry standards to protect against potential claims arising from our services. This insurance covers damages directly related to our workmanship and service delivery.

Claims: Any claims against Get It Together must be made in writing and submitted within 30 days of the service completion date. We strive to resolve all issues amicably and professionally.

9. Compliance with Laws

Get It Together is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to the provision of mounting and assembly services. As a sole proprietorship, I ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with local regulations that pertain directly to the scope of work offered.

10. Media and Privacy Consent

By accepting the terms of service, clients consent to Get It Together taking photographs of the work performed. These photographs may be used for promotional purposes on social media and other marketing channels.

All photos used will focus solely on the work and will not include any private or personally identifiable information of the clients unless explicit consent is obtained.

Clients have the right to request that no photographs of their property be used, or to revoke consent at any time by notifying Get It Together in writing.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Get It Together reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website.

Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

For clients who have already booked a service, Get It Together will directly inform them of any changes to the terms and conditions prior to the service date to ensure they are aware of and agree to the updated terms.
