How much do you charge?

Each job is priced individually based on various factors starting from £35. Size of job and location are common factors.

I understand that the current economic climate can make things difficult, thus I am always willing to have a conversation and come to and agreement that works for all parties.

Absolutely, I have full public liability insurance for peace of mind for us both.

Question 3

My furniture has arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact wherever you purchased it from to arrange a replacement, then contact me as soon as possible so we can arrange a new appointment for when your replacement has been delivered.

Question 4

Do you take packaging with you?

Unfortunately I cannot take any packaging with me for disposal.

But!

I will leave any and all packaging condensed down to manageable size in a neat pile.

In special circumstances I can take it down to the buildings communal refuse area.

Question 5

You are dismantling my old furniture. Can you take it away?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately I won't be able to take and dispose of any old furniture for you.

If you need help, I can leave it neatly near your refuse area.

Question 6

What if I need to cancel/rebook?

Bad delivery? Kids ill? New meeting scheduled?

This is absolutely fine, I understand that unexpected circumstances come up which may require you to change your booking with me.

Please try give at least 24 hours warning. I will try my best to rearrange for the soonest time that suits us both.

How can I pay?

Bank transfer and cash are the most used, but I also accept cryptocurrency.

Question 8

I have plasterboard/hollow/cement...etc wall, can you still mount my item?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anything can be put on any wall, though weight limits will apply. I carry many different fixings with me to be able to mount and hang your items on all wall types.

Question 9

I want to mount my TV but I don't know what bracket/mount to buy, can you help?

If you are not sure what mount you need, just send me details of your TV and I can send you links with a few options to choose from.

You can then choose one and order it or I can order it for you.
